Shipping Policy for Your Tees

Thank you for shopping with Your Tees! We strive to deliver your custom-designed t-shirts in a timely and efficient manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping, delivery times, and shipping fees.
1. Processing Time

All orders at Your Tees are custom-made, which means each t-shirt is printed to order. Once you place an order, it will typically take 3-5 business days to process and prepare for Delivery.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in processing your order.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options, and delivery times are estimates based on the shipping method you select:
- Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Express Delivery: Typically arrives within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing, but typically ranges from 10-20 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen factors like weather conditions, holidays, or customs processing (for international orders).
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:
- Destination: The shipping fee will vary based on the delivery address (domestic or international).
- Order Size and Weight: Larger or bulkier orders may incur higher shipping costs.
- Shipping Method: You can choose from various shipping methods with different prices, including standard or expedited delivery.
You will be able to review the total shipping costs before confirming your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.
5. International Shipping
- We do offer international shipping to many countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location.
- Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs processing may delay the delivery time, and Your Tees has no control over such delays.
6. Delivery Address
- It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete Delivery address. Please double-check the address before placing your order, as Your Tees is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you notice any errors with your Delivery address, please contact us immediately at yourteesorders@gmail.com before your order is dispatched.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with clear photos of the damage. We will send a replacement.

Lost Shipments: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the carrier confirms that it is indeed lost, contact us at yourteesorders@gmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim and resolving the issue.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to pick up the package from the carrier, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment, which will be your responsibility.
9. Changes to Shipping Policy
Your Tees reserves the right to modify or update this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
