Return Policy for Your Tees

Effective Date: 21st March 2025

At Your Tees, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality custom-designed t-shirts that are made to order. As we print our products based on your specifications, please read our Return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions applicable to your order.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Before Production: You can cancel your order for a full refund only if the order has not yet been processed or printed. Orders that have already been sent for production or dispatched cannot be canceled.

  • After Production: Once your order has been sent for production, it cannot be canceled or refunded as the t-shirts are made to your specific design and size.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns will be provided only in the following scenarios:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a t-shirt that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement and not a refund. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product with clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item (incorrect design, color, or size) as compared to your original order, please contact us within 3 days. We will arrange for a return and send the correct product.

  • Wrong Address Provided: In case of an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, we are not liable for any delays or lost shipments. Exchanges will not be issued in such cases, but we will assist in redirecting the order if possible.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products, including those with specific prints, designs, or personalized text, are non-refundable unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If you have changed your mind about the design or size after the order has been placed, refunds or exchanges will not be issued.

4. Returns Process

  • To Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at [yourteesorders@gmail.com] with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any supporting images (if applicable). Please do so within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

  • Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or send a replacement item within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges for Errors Only

We do not typically offer direct exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. However, if you have received a damaged or incorrect product, we can offer a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Only Exchanges no Refunds

Since all our tees are made just for you, we don’t offer refunds. But don’t worry—we’re happy to offer an exchange if there’s a valid reason, like a size issue or a rare defect. Just make sure to reach out within 3 days of receiving your order and keep the tee unworn and unwashed.
